Shopping with All Time Paint & Plaster

These terms apply to purchases from shopalltimepaintandplaster.com. Our online store is operated by All Time Paint & Plaster and hosted on Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to these ordering terms and our published return and refund policy.

Products, colors and application

Review the selected product, container size, quantity, color manufacturer and color code before ordering. Images and digital color swatches are references; lighting, screens, substrates and application techniques affect appearance. A physical sample is the best way to review a finish in your space. Follow the manufacturer's current product instructions, coverage guidance and data sheets. Coverage estimators and finish kits are planning aids. Showers, floors and countertops require a compatible complete system confirmed for the specific surface.

Prices and custom orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. The checkout displays the applicable charges for your order. Custom color availability and any additional tinting cost must be confirmed with us before the order is prepared. Provide the color name, manufacturer and code; we will contact you if clarification or a price adjustment is needed before proceeding. Do not assume that different manufacturers' color names identify the same color.

Custom sample boards

The $50 preparation fee covers one hand-applied 12 × 12-inch board and application labor. The finish product is a separate purchase: order a quart, or its smallest available container, in the same order. Select the desired technique and provide your product and color details. Samples are ready in 3 days after product and color confirmation. The unused finish product is returned with the board. Custom-tinted products and completed sample-preparation labor are final sale for change-of-mind returns; damaged, defective or incorrect items remain subject to our refund policy and applicable consumer rights.

Sample credit toward installation

One $50 sample-preparation fee may be credited toward an All Time Paint & Plaster installation project of $1,000 or more booked within 60 days of the sample purchase. Quote your sample order number. One credit per project, applied to the installation invoice; materials, taxes and delivery are excluded, and the credit has no cash value. Installation scope, scheduling and payment terms are provided separately in your installation estimate or agreement. Purchasing materials or samples does not book installation.

Pickup and order support

Office pickup and studio visits are by appointment at 1581 Route 23 South, Suite #1, Wayne, NJ 07470. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready and arrange your pickup with us.

Our return and refund policy explains eligible returns and how to request help. Personal information is handled under our privacy policy. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
